Pro Tips
Organize for recall
- Give conversations descriptive titles
- Save key outputs as Insights and tag them for future search
- Group related work in Projects so Memory stays tidy
Ask for structure
- Add “Return a checklist/table/JSON” to get copy-ready outputs
- Request “bullet points + a 1-paragraph takeaway” for quick digestion
Document best practices
- Upload related files together and use clear filenames
- When possible, include a short brief at the top of long docs—extra context helps
Troubleshooting
- I don’t see my connected files. Open Documents Hub → Integrations, re-connect, then click Sync.
- Answers feel off-topic. Start a fresh chat, add a 1–2 sentence brief, or try a model better suited to the task (see Model Guide).
- Long uploads. Large PDFs and scans may take longer to process; you can keep chatting while they finish.
Security & Privacy (at a glance)
- Your workspace content stays private to your account/workspace
- OAuth-based integrations can be disconnected at any time
- You control what gets saved to Memory and what gets shared
