Hubalot Terms of Service

1. Overview

Hubalot is a multi-AI productivity platform offering access to AI tools for chat, research, coding, image, voice, music, and video generation. By using Hubalot, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Hubalot.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian. You agree to provide accurate registration info and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Hubalot offers the following plans:

• Pro Plan: $20/month or $200/year
• Elite Plan: $30/month or $300/year
• Video Add-On: Sold separately in $10 credit increments

All plans are flat-rate. No per-token or usage-based fees (except for video). You agree to recurring billing unless cancelled. Payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Use Hubalot to generate or distribute illegal or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or bypass security
• Scrape, spam, or overload our systems
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human when prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Hubalot platform, content, and tools belong to Hubalot, Inc. You retain rights to content you upload, but grant Hubalot a limited license to use it for delivering the service.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, bias, or misinformation. You use AI outputs at your own risk. Hubalot does not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime via your account. Hubalot may terminate or suspend service with or without notice for violations or system abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubalot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total direct liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hubalot harmless from claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
